**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for conveying critical knowledge to clients regarding their security or functional conditions, driving navigation and specific activities. You will also serve as a liaison between our organization and clients, facilitating the exchange of information and ensuring seamless communication. This is an on-site, client-facing position in Virginia, with remote work approved.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Convey critical knowledge to clients regarding their security or functional conditions, driving navigation and specific activities
* Serve as a liaison between our organization and clients, facilitating the exchange of information and ensuring seamless communication
* Collaborate with digital protection, threat intelligence, and incident response experts to drive success
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns, informing strategic decisions
* Communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging threats, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing environment
* Familiarity with CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover
* Experience in partner management, driving, introducing, and answering to various crowds, including executives
* US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities
* Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
* Ability to convert raw insights from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings
* Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, develop strategies, and influence stakeholders
