You'll use your expertise in data wrangling, ETL processes, and statistical modeling to extract insights from complex data sets and present them in a clear and actionable way to our stakeholders. You'll also work closely with our technology teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Extract data from various data sources, perform exploratory data analysis, clean, and prepare data for analysis * Develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems, using statistical modeling and machine learning techniques * Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to design and implement data pipelines and architectures * Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data visualizations and reports that meet their requirements * Develop and maintain complex data models, using structured and unstructured data sources * Use scaling and automation to improve data processing and analysis workflows * Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, using clear and compelling visualizations and narratives * Teach and mentor others on data science and analytics techniques and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field * At least 2+ years of industry experience in data science and analytics * Strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization * Experience working with predictive and descriptive analytics, AI, and data mining techniques * Proficiency in SQL, databases, and ETL processes, including data cleaning and management * High-level proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages * Ability to apply data science and analytics knowledge to multidisciplinary business problems and practices * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field * Experience working with cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives * Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a dynamic and inclusive organization that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
