As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our subscribers via phone and email
* Entering data accurately and efficiently into our systems
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns
* Developing and implementing creative solutions to improve customer experience and engagement
* Staying up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation and growth
**Key Responsibilities**
* Innovative conceptualization, making of inventive proposals and citations
* Collaborating with key partners across various disciplines to adjust on the accounts to work through events
* Ingenious key mastermind and inventive issue solver

**Requirements**
* 4+ years of events experience ideally from media outlets that incorporates making due, executing, arranging and staffing events at an organization, studio, organization or with a brand (insight in film or TV grants campaigns is a reward)
* A self-starter who can work freely, and under tension, while reliably practicing savvy instinct in any event, when confronted with vagueness
* Ingenious key scholar and imaginative issue solver
