**Job Synopsis**

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our corporate travel management organization, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Travel Management Company (TMC) business, driving revenue growth, and fostering strategic partnerships. **Key Responsibilities**

* Serve as a knowledgeable authority for TMC business, providing expert guidance on travel management solutions and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
* Develop and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts, focusing on business travel experiences that drive revenue growth for arenaflex.
* Utilize extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with a focus on maximizing revenue and yield in individual markets.
* Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-official arrangements that drive business growth and minimize risk.
* Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability.
* Develop and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts, focusing on business travel experiences that drive revenue growth for arenaflex.
* Foster marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams.
* Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing.
* Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional performance and drive expected revenue.
* Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market.
* Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum income and sales objectives are achieved.
* Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, driving revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex.
* Prepare and execute local sales plans according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market.

**Work Experience, Education, and Skills**

* Required:
+ 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field.
+ Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
* Preferred:
+ Earlier airline experience.
+ Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like ARC and CRSS.
+ Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce.
+ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization.
+ Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts arising from competing needs.
