* Comfort with database concepts and proficiency in writing SQL queries for relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting, including working with user stories and acceptance criteria

* Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps)
* Technical leadership experience, including experience as a technical lead for teams or projects
