If you're ready to take your career to new heights, join our team and chart your own uniquely United professional journey! **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Riding fitness, well-being, and fitness fairness targets through local employee projects and onsite activities * Developing playbooks to tune quality practices and optimize employee reviews tied to team targets * Leading efforts to coordinate all logistics with local stakeholders, group volunteers, and multi-seller guides and representatives in the support of essential well-being projects * Monitoring quality practices and effects through reporting and preparing management briefings on results * Helping guide control of fulfillment to drive advanced experience * Collaborating with a wide range of cross-functional relationships both internal and external for mission readiness * Serving as branch liaison for all local employee projects and acting as point person * Supporting group leads on mission implementations and deliverables and upholding tremendous service shipping standards * Working with a successful team in the support of well-being, benefit operations, service shipping, communications, and administrative services throughout H&W programs * Travel: Benefits Roadshows (U.S. only) – 25% * Managing logistics and execution of activities, such as seller guide * Managing fine assessments on fulfillment and engagement through surveys and monitoring reports * Collaborating with the team for mission control on local implementations and tunes deliverables * Serving as central point person for all branch-subsidized activities and logistics * Leading training for volunteers for branch projects * Creating mission playbooks and controlling annual roadmap planning **Job Qualifications** arenaflex values diverse perspectives and encourages everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.
