This position is critical to arenaflex's success and pioneering efforts within financial operations. Additionally, the Full Stack Data Entry Specialist will assist in ensuring a timely and accurate month-end close. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide strategic leadership – communicate vision and strategy for the financial team and establish a positive culture, instilling trust in leadership and collaboration to achieve business results. * Administer complex areas of financial operations – oversee financial processes and provide clients with clear guidance on financial impacts. * Enhance and collaborate for continuous process improvement – lead and prompt others in the execution of ideas and innovations to refine existing systems, internal controls, and work processes affecting month-end and quarter-end financial close and reporting. * Assist in building partnerships and constructing a high-performing team – mentor and motivate team members to meet business targets, challenge the status quo, and seek continuous improvement. Engage, retain, and develop high-performing team members to address the needs of a growing business and provide ongoing smart development discussions. * Enjoy working with a vibrant, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team, while acting in accordance with arenaflex's core values. **We'd Love to Hear From Individuals With:** * 4+ years of relevant experience in: + Driving financial projects for a large, global, public organization + Working cross-functionally with teams and business groups to implement financial solutions for new business initiatives + Communicating with multiple stakeholders and settings, including presenting financial results and topics to finance and business leaders + Experience with Blackline modules, including accounts, reconciliations, and journals modules * CPA or potentially open accounting experience or more * Four-year degree required.
