This role requires a unique blend of financial and IT expertise, making it an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in dynamic environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Uphold the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data * Approve information from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory bodies * Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Maintain framework upkeep, including client consents and system updates * Provide support to clients with framework issues, existing reports, forms, and models * Assist with preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses * Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process regarding Hyperion * Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization * Collaborate with work groups to determine reporting business needs, propose, and present effective solutions * Create Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, as well as estimating and planning models for Financial divisions **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field + 2 years of work experience in a Financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis + Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures * Preferred Qualifications: + Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Detailing, Essbase, Planning) + Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies relating to financial issues + Ability to issue, troubleshoot, and analyze data + Meticulous with a focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks + Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more + Strong communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse situations **What You'll Get** As an arenaflex team member, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical benefits: On day one, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay well.
