**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, navigating multiple data systems, and providing clerical support to our team. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:

* **Data Entry**: Enter clients' personal data, services, and other relevant information into various databases, including Case Worthy and CDS.
* **Database Management**: Search database as needed, review intake forms for completeness, and update data system with changes.
* **Collaboration**: Work with the Healthcare Admin Jobs Data and Compliance Coordinator for systems evaluation and implementation.
* **Clerical Support**: Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, data entry, data management, and administrative tasks.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* **Language Skills**: Read and comprehend basic instructions and present information to others. Read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence.
* **Mathematical/Money Handling Skills**: Basic counting skills, add, subtract, multiply, and divide simple numbers. Handle cash receipts, donations, postage, and petty cash.
* **Reasoning Ability**: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
* **Computer Skills**: Words per Minute Computer Keyboard Required: 55 wpm. 10-Keystrokes per Minute Data Entry Required: Display competency.
* **Specialized Office Equipment**: Operate/program fax machine to send or receive documents, operate/program copy machine, and operate copier/scanner.
* **Computer Software and Operating Systems**: Utilize computer spreadsheet (Excel) to input, format, and edit data and save, print, or transmit data. Utilize computer word processing (Word) to input, format, and edit documents and save, print, or transmit documents. Utilize computer databases to create data files, input, format, and edit data and save, print, or transmit data. Utilize internet/e-mail to access, compose, send, retrieve, save, print, or transmit documents, or data files or electronic communication. Operate personal computer with Windows operating system to start programs, input, format, and edit data files and print or transmit data. Utilize proprietary, custom, or online programs or databases to input, format, and edit data and save, print, or transmit data.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

* **Experience**: Previous experience in data entry, data management, or a related field.
* **Certifications**: Certifications in data entry, data management, or a related field.
* **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
