Our Hardware Operations team is responsible for tracking the latest physical infrastructure behind our powerful search technology, and as an Operations Technician, you'll play a critical role in installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and server software.
**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for:
* Contributing and leading efforts/tasks in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure
* Participating in or leading troubleshooting and resolving essential or escalated technical issues
* Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs
* Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related issues on servers
* Deploying and maintaining careerzynith's advanced data center server and network infrastructure
**Key Qualifications**
* Experience troubleshooting hardware or community associated troubles using Linux-based tools
* Experience in hardware, networking equipment, working systems, and data center operations
* Experience operating within a data center or network operation center environment
* Experience with mild coding or scripting
* Experience with networking protocols
* Ability to collaborate and partner with people and teams to conquer troubles
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and services
* Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
* Experience with DevOps practices and tools
* Experience with agile project management methodologies
* Certification in Linux, networking, or data center operations
