**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Clerk – Remote Help Desk Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' needs by providing top-notch help desk services. You'll be responsible for account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk. With a minimum of 10 tickets per day, you'll be working efficiently to help backlog and process new tickets that come through. **Key Responsibilities**

* Account creation using ServiceNow and CyberArk
* Claims online portal registration
* Processing claims online portal tickets
* Helping backlog and processing new tickets that come through
* Providing exceptional customer service and support
* Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of Account Creation experience
* 2+ years of Customer Service and IT Help Desk experience
* Healthcare Experience
* Ability to learn quickly
* Detail Oriented
* High school diploma

**Nice to Have Skills & Experience**

* ServiceNow / CyberArk experience
* Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems
