**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for processing large business orders, updating spreadsheet information, and communicating with other departments. If you have excellent data entry skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner.
* Format Excel orders as needed to ensure consistency and quality.
* Set up Profiles for all Excel orders to ensure seamless processing.
* Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner to meet demanding deadlines.
* Process incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently while meeting deadlines for Treasury.
* Execute Customer Gift History lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
* Enter Catalog requests and address changes in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Manage incoming communications in a professional and timely manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
* Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources.
* Process Special Projects for various departments throughout the company.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 6 months of data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, functions, and formatting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division.
* Type 35 wpm with high accuracy.
* Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
* Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in a data entry role, preferably in a customer service or operations environment.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other business applications.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

+ Upload speed: 3mbps (minimum) or 10mbps (preferred)
