Job Overview As a full-time data entry and technical support specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing specialized help for network framework and inward work area frameworks programming and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include entering, updating, and verifying data accurately, as well as introducing, arranging, and investigating work area frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining passwords, information honesty, and record framework security, and providing technical support to PC framework clients and answering questions or resolving PC issues for clients face-to-face, via phone, or from a distant area.
