Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and readily available for analysis and reporting Work collaboratively with the flight operations team to achieve divisional objectives and contribute to the overall success of blithequark Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's policies, procedures, and systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet Analyze and interpret data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and presenting findings to the team and management Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to blithequark's data protection policies and procedures Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as aviation management, business administration, or a related discipline A strong GPA and good academic standing, with a proven track record of academic achievement A passion for working in the aviation industry, with a keen interest in flight operations and customer support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will give you an upper hand in the selection process: Rising juniors and seniors are encouraged to apply, with a strong academic record and a keen interest in the aviation industry A self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex problems Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for career advancement, training, and education.
