Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry and Application Development Specialist to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions for our customer service teams, as well as managing projects and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, adult learning, and project management, as well as excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions for customer service teams, including onboarding programs, soft skills training, and technical skills training
Manage projects and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation of learning solutions
Conduct needs analysis and gap analysis to identify performance gaps and develop strategies to address them
Develop and maintain relationships with outsourced call center partners and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Facilitate learning sessions and train-the-trainer programs for call center trainers and leaders
Develop and maintain learning content, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended learning solutions
Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop and deliver learning solutions
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and make recommendations for improvement
Essential Qualifications
3+ years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, and project management
Experience designing and facilitating learning solutions for customer service teams, including onboarding programs and soft skills training
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with diverse audiences and stakeholders
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience working in a fast-paced, outcomes-oriented, data-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in instructional design or a related field, master's degree a plus
Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a cross-cultural global environment
Experience with content/knowledge management
Experience designing training curriculum for service, retail, or call center managers/leaders
Experience with innovative facilitation tools and techniques
Experience working with large datasets and data analysis tools
