**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Analyst – Consistency and Compliance**

As a member of our Consistency Group within the Individuals/HR Division, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of compliance and consistency across our organization. **Why You'll Love This Job** As a Full Stack Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR Consistency data. You will work closely with our HRIS and EC systems to analyze and report on compliance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation as a trusted and reliable partner in the aviation industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee fingerprints, personal investigations, and unique mark freedom letters * Collaborate with the TSA, Airport Power Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Process daily FBI fingerprints into our Access database and investigate any data set issues * Plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems * Conduct high-level examinations, custom reporting, and data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement * Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure seamless communication and delivery of results * Audit completed Unique mark Applications and check for precision and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse **Favored Capabilities and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analysis) * Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database * Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, and Succeed * Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage from day one * Virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts to support your well-being * 401(k) program with employer contributions after one year of service * Additional benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, and travel **Join Our Diverse and Inclusive Team** At arenaflex, we believe that diversity and inclusion are the foundation of a strong and effective workforce.
