Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Accountant to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As a key member of our Corporate Expense Division, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records, as well as maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $30-$35 per hour. Key Responsibilities


Plans and examines pay and financial records, combined statements, and other accounting reports and documents.
Audits and checks the accuracy of journal entries and accounting orders assigned to other records.
Applies sound accounting standards and creates or suggests accounting techniques and systems.
Educates or allocates work to accountants, accounting agents, and other partners to participate in daily accounting activities.
Arranges accounting matters with other departments, areas, and divisions.
Takes part in financial reporting.


Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports

This position typically reports to a Senior Director. This job has no immediate reports.

Travel Requirements

Regularly requires occasional travel under 10% of the time.

Working Conditions

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be rare and not hazardous. Examples include phone administrator and document agent.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


Must be 18 years old or older.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.


Preferred Qualifications


3 years of accounting experience preferred.
Capable of high-level information and expertise using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
Experience with general ledger software like SAP or similar software.
Shows relational abilities and work in team-based climate.
Ability to oversee and execute multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.


Education

The information, skills, and abilities are normally obtained through the fulfillment of a four-year certification program or equivalent degree in a field of study connected with the job.

Work Experience

2 years of work experience in a related field.

Financial Analysis
Written and verbal communication skills
Computer application skills, such as Excel, Access, General Ledger, etc.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and balance different high-priority tasks.
