**Job Description:**

We're looking for an experienced Data Engineering Manager to lead our team of skilled professionals in designing and developing cutting-edge data pipelines and applications. As a key member of our Data Engineering group, you'll be responsible for:

* **Driving the design and development of data pipelines**: You'll work closely with our team to design, develop, and deploy data pipelines that ingest, process, and analyze petabytes of telemetry data.
* **Leading a team of data engineers**: You'll mentor and guide our team of data engineers to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver high-quality results.
* **Collaborating with cross-functional teams**: You'll work closely with our product management, software engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure that our data pipelines meet the needs of our clients.
* **Ensuring data quality and integrity**: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our data pipelines are scalable, secure, and efficient, and that our data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
* **Staying up-to-date with industry trends**: You'll stay current with the latest developments in data engineering, including new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of data engineers to design, develop, and deploy data pipelines
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data pipelines meet client needs
* Ensure data quality and integrity through scalable, secure, and efficient data pipelines
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data engineering
* Mentor and guide team members to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver high-quality results

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Master's degree in Data Engineering or related field (desirable)
* Proven experience in data engineering, including designing and developing data pipelines
* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of data engineers
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience troubleshooting complex data engineering issues

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Master's degree in Data Engineering or related field
* Experience with at least two of the following languages and related development tools: Python, Ruby, Java, Scala, Swift, Objective C
* Experience with at least one of the following stages: HDFS, Yarn, Flash, Impala, Kafka, HBase, MapReduce, Kubernetes, Item Store, Flink
