You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design and implement data solutions, and ensure the quality and reliability of our data assets. You will also collaborate with senior technologists to develop and maintain our data architecture and infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines and applications that drive business insights and decision-making * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design data solutions * Ensure the quality and reliability of our data assets through data validation, testing, and monitoring * Develop and maintain our data architecture and infrastructure, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines * Work with senior technologists to develop and maintain our data governance and security policies * Collaborate with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms * Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets our quality and security standards * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data engineering and infrastructure * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new approaches and solutions to our leadership team **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field * Strong foundation in software engineering, data science, and cloud computing * Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipelines * Experience with data governance and security policies * Experience with machine learning and data science tools and technologies * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field * Experience with cloud-based data engineering and infrastructure * Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools and technologies * Experience with DevOps and continuous integration and delivery * Experience with containerization and orchestration tools and technologies * Experience with data security and compliance regulations **Skills and Competencies** * Strong foundation in software engineering, data science, and cloud computing * Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and data pipelines * Experience with data governance and security policies * Experience with machine learning and data science tools and technologies * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices * Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools and technologies * Experience with DevOps and continuous integration and delivery * Experience with containerization and orchestration tools and technologies * Experience with data security and compliance regulations **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
