business growth and inform business decisions * Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure data systems, including data processing, data storage, and data retrieval * Work with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions * Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other technical discussions to ensure high-quality code and design * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data engineering * Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize data engineering projects and initiatives * Develop and maintain documentation for data systems, including data dictionaries, data models, and technical documentation * Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for data systems **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related field * Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Scala, Python, or C++ * Experience with data processing frameworks, such as Apache Spark, Apache Flink, or Apache Beam * Experience with data storage systems, such as relational databases, NoSQL databases, or data warehouses
