As a Data Specialist - Information Analytics, you will play a crucial role in designing and operationalizing data pipelines to drive analysis and data services. This position is focused on data engineering to build and deliver automated data pipelines from various internal and external data sources. Despite our size and rapid global growth, we maintain a family-driven atmosphere that fosters employee growth and success. **Job Responsibilities** As a Data Specialist - Information Analytics, you will be responsible for: * Creating and operationalizing data pipelines to make data accessible for use (BI, Advanced Analysis, Services) * Working with data modelers and data/BI architects to design data pipelines and suggest continuous improvement of data storage, data ingestion, data quality, and processing * Planning, creating, and executing ETL/ELT processes using IICS (Informatica Cloud) * Utilizing Azure services like Azure SQL DW (Neural Connection), ADLS, Azure Event Hub, and Azure Data Factory to improve and accelerate delivery of our data products and services * Performing large data and NoSQL solutions by creating adaptable data handling stages to drive high-value insights to the organization * Identifying, planning, and executing internal process improvements: automating manual processes, and enhancing data delivery * Identifying ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality of data management * Conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences both written and verbal * Performing peer reviews for other data architects' work **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets * 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter * 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS * 2+ years of experience working with Cloud technologies; like ADLS, Azure Databricks, Azure, Azure Neurotransmitter, Universe DB, and other big data advancements * 2+ years of experience in Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing * 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing data integration procedures like event/message-based integration (Kafka, Azure Event Hub), ETL * Strong understanding of database storage concepts; Data Lake, Social Databases, NoSQL, Schema, Data Warehousing * Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment * Microsoft Azure/ similar certifications * Experience delivering data solutions through agile software development approaches * Openness to the retail business * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience working with SAP integration tools including Bodies * Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks * Experience with data security and access control * Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts * Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes **About arenaflex's Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to providing a family-oriented work environment where employees can thrive and succeed.
