We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team of experts in developing cutting-edge data pipelines, cloud applications, and advanced analytics solutions. About the Role As a Full Stack Data Engineer at Blithequark, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and cloud applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and program managers, to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and reliable data solutions. Your expertise will help drive business growth, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and cloud applications using distributed computing technologies, ETL, and modern SDLC practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data solutions that meet those needs. Develop and maintain data pipelines that are performant, scalable, and reliable, using languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Work with various data storage solutions, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data warehouses. Utilize cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or GCP, to design and implement scalable data architectures. Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data pipelines and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, working closely with stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on distributed computing technologies, ETL, and modern SDLC practices. Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or Scala. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data modeling concepts. Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or GCP. Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices. Experience working with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with data engineering tools, such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, or Apache Flink. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Grafana, Kibana, or Matplotlib.
