**Job Summary**
As a Director, Consumer Data Collection and Activation, you'll be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive strategies for gathering, managing, and utilizing first-party consumer data across our digital ecosystem. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other brand development groups, to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across various digital channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create and execute exhaustive strategies for gathering, managing, and utilizing first-party consumer data across our digital ecosystem.
* Plan and enhance data collection structures, including website cookies, customer enrollments, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture significant consumer data.
* Investigate potential opportunities for data advancement through external sources to improve consumer profiles and segmentation.
* Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance.
* Organize end-to-end digital CRM campaigns and develop data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to align first-party consumer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives.
