**The Role**
As a Senior Data Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data analytics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC methodology
* Developing and maintaining robust data models to support data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Designing and implementing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
* Providing guidance on optimizing data ecosystems to drive efficiency in computing programs
* Developing and implementing software program programs, testing, and building automation tools
* Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC methodology
* Develop and maintain robust data models to support data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Design and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
* Provide guidance on optimizing data ecosystems to drive efficiency in computing programs
* Develop and implement software program programs, testing, and building automation tools
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
* Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
**Essential Qualifications**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
* Strong understanding of data analytics and statistical concepts
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services
* Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
* Experience with data governance and data quality management
