We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analytics Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improvement
* Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans and initiatives
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
* Manage and oversee the development of data analytics capabilities, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and analytics, including data quality, data governance, and data security
* Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the effective use of data and analytics across the organization
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or mathematics
* At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on data analytics and business development
* Proven track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improvement
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization
* Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and strategy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree or MBA in a related field
* Experience with advanced coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, C, and others
* Experience with system administration, including experience with Master's, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, and others
* Experience with business intelligence tools, including Business Items, Cognos, Scene, Master's, and others
* Certified as a Salesforce administrator or engineer
* Experience in training, coaching, and developing less senior colleagues
* Experience planning and executing financial models on behalf of complex business initiatives
* Experience communicating with senior leadership, both within and to client associations
* Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing resources to achieve successful completion of specific project objectives and targets
* Experience with frameworks, such as Cure and GIS, and experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts
