As a Sr. Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that is committed to driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workforce Activities Execution and Optimization team. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive business results. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improvement * Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions * Develop and implement process enhancements to drive business results * Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth * Provide regular reports to senior leaders and stakeholders on business performance and areas for improvement * Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders on business performance and areas for improvement * Build and maintain knowledge and skills through self-improvement, team learning, and client (internal) information * Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and drive business growth **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job * 3 years of work experience in a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience driving high-performing teams * Counseling and project management experience * Solid quantitative skills, including data analysis and interpretation * Critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Store experience and/or ASDS experience * Experience working in a retail or field environment * Strong knowledge of business operations and process improvement * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies * Certification in data analysis or business analytics **Work Environment** * Work is typically performed in an indoor, comfortable setting * May require occasional travel (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and drive business growth * May require occasional lifting or moving of light objects **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary of $27/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for driving business growth and improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
