**The Role**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing key workflow tooling at scale, working closely with teams across the organization to deliver high-quality software experiences. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and insights will help us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and implement key workflow tooling at scale, working closely with teams across the organization
* Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive workflow initiatives and deliver high-quality software experiences
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
* Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to drive process enhancements and efficiency gains

**Essential Qualifications**

* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
* Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
* Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Advanced Tableau developer skills
* Capable SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development
* Experience in software development, including data pipeline construction, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
* Product ownership experience, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts to generate concrete results through analytics
* Project management experience, including planning and driving efforts across associate groups towards a unified goal
