As a Work Process Frameworks Examiner, you'll be responsible for planning and developing critical work process tooling at scale. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software through top-tier designing experiences, effective work processes, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and develop pivotal work process tooling at scale * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software * Design and develop dashboards to visualize key data and metrics * Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns * Develop and implement data-driven insights to drive business decisions * Work with stakeholders to integrate insights into dynamic monitoring and control cycles * Screen and report on the results of your contributions to senior management * Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive work process improvement initiatives **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of professional experience in software development, data analysis, or technical project management * Experience in planning and driving execution across diverse partner groups towards a unified objective * Strong understanding of SDLC and Quality Management * Ability to blend key performance metrics, present strategy and process suggestions to all levels of management * Successful at investigating and reporting work processes/processes into work process graphs * Working with data; questioning and representation, the presentation of quantitative data, utilizing Scene * Driving client connections; open to presenting to groups, gathering and carrying out feedback **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience * Highly skilled in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, including advanced Scene development * Demonstrated history of influencing positive results across a dispersed organization with formal organizational change methods * Knowledge of DevOps metrics, and LEAN software delivery principles * Programming experience; understanding of form pipelines, combining, test frameworks and strategies, and the delivery of code **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools, including Scene * Experience with data-driven insights and business intelligence tools * Strong project management and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
