**Job Description:**
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing endorser data across our Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+ streaming platforms. Your primary objectives will be to:
* Manage and record information requirements related to endorser informing drives, including cost increments, endorser arrangements, and new information being gathered
* Foster questions based on required business rationale to determine precise endorser segments for informing or remediation
* Communicate business needs to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress and roadblocks to business partners
* Develop a solid understanding of endorser data and the technical framework that underlies it
* Oversee project planning and timelines and supervise cross-functional delivery to ensure status for significant business events
* Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks
* Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of work experience in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline
* 3+ years of scientific experience
* Proven ability to convey technical or logical ideas to a wide range of audiences
* Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
* Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
* Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
* Degree in a scientific field

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
* Postgraduate education
