Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
Applying advanced data analysis procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
Analyzing user behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped user needs and untapped content opportunities
Forecasting content engagement to inform procurement decisions
Streamlining our content release and episode discharge process
Testing marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
Providing ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
Effectively communicating significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with:
Four-year college education in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python
Experience in statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Pleasant TO-HAVES
We're also looking for candidates with:
Graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
