About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at careerzynith. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business decisions and optimize our content portfolio. You will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our business strategy. Key Responsibilities
Apply advanced data analysis techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and AI, to large-scale, high-dimensional data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform our business strategy.
Analyze client behavior, including viewing habits and preferences, to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions.
Streamline our content release and episode delivery process to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention.
Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform business decisions.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in data analysis and a passion for working with large-scale data sets. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and data visualization.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages.
Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more.
Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience working with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark.
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
Passion for entertainment and media, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
