With activities in over 40 countries, our team of talented individuals comes together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally relevant. **About the Role** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be part of our Business Operations team, which is responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights, and insights into business decisions that drive the company forward. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development of data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges * Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders * Develop and maintain data models, ETLs, and metrics to support business operations * Work closely with the Data Engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and architectures * Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop and maintain reporting and analytics capabilities * Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders * Work closely with the Data Science team to develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field * 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field * Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker * Strong expertise in data modeling and ETL development using tools such as SQL, SparkSQL, or Hive * Strong expertise in data governance and quality processes * Strong communication and presentation skills * Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field * Experience working with machine learning models and algorithms * Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark * Experience working with data warehousing and business intelligence tools * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP * Experience working with agile development methodologies **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading global entertainment and media company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and talented data professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume, cover letter, and any relevant work samples.
