As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven insights, and implement data-driven solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions using a range of tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools * Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and data warehouses * Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to business stakeholders * Conduct data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends and patterns in data * Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and apply them to drive business growth **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field * Strong SQL skills with a working knowledge of data sets, ETL processes, and data visualization tools * Ability to develop production-level code * Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Knime, OBIEE, Alteryx, etc.) * Experience deciphering data, planning metrics, and analyzing results using exploratory and statistical procedures * Related knowledge driving ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) work * Experience presenting findings to colleagues across the organization, including senior management * Strong technical skills and a solid enthusiasm for data analysis and science * Self-starter mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Demonstrated analytical skills using SAS, R, or Python * Basic understanding of statistical methods like regression, predictive modeling, estimation, time series analysis, and clustering and apply those to answer business needs (fraud analysis and anomaly detection) * Ability to manage dirty data and uncertainty and both unstructured and structured data **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field * Experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) * Experience with data governance and data quality processes * Experience with data visualization tools (D3.js, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.) **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about innovation, collaboration, and growth.
