As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing measurement and dashboard requirements, improving existing estimation frameworks and tools, and enhancing data answers for budget and mission estimation. You will work closely with our marketing effort leaders, teams, and central analysis group to gather data and measurement needs. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with marketing effort leaders, teams, and our central analysis group to gather data and measurement needs. - Oversee and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance. Lead reviews, improve data processes encompassing data flow, and ensure data accuracy. - Oversee in-house processes for marketing experimentation. Track and log ongoing studies/tests across arenaflex, Instagram, and Courier. Build automation to improve data precision and flexibility. - Write effective SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables. - Work with our analysis and cross-functional partners to identify and correct data accuracy/precision issues across our reporting, data framework, dashboards. **Essential Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in SQL (Prophet, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.). - Experience working with cross-functional teams. - Experience building/working distributed frameworks of data extraction, ingestion, and handling of large data sets from multiple sources. - Self-starter with adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances. - Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative. - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. - Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. - Certification in data science or related field. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
