If you're passionate about data and eager to continuously develop your skills, we invite you to join our team and help shape the future of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities:** * Drives complex self-service data integration projects that combine data from disparate sources to make it accessible to business users like data scientists, analysts, and insights-driven stakeholders. * Drives collaborative teams to apply advanced data integration methodologies and tools to large datasets to create solutions that can be used in various, descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. * Drives communication with business leaders across multiple and concurrent projects * Drives definition and communication of solutions and decisions. * Serves as an informed authority for data resources and monitors the ongoing effectiveness of data resources being used by business users in self-service conditions * Upholds the ongoing advancement of the arenaflex data science center and community. * May perform other work assignments as directed by Manager's Chiefs. **Information, Skills, and Competencies:** * Intermediate knowledge of both inductive and deductive thinking and critical thinking approaches. * Transitional knowledge in assessing and applying suitable data analysis and measurement methods for a business issue. * Transitional knowledge of acquiring and consuming data in both relational and non-relational databases. * Intermediate knowledge in coordinating, storing, and handling large amounts of data necessary for analysis and reporting. * Proficient in at least one data programming language and open-source tools. * Proficient in at least one data integration and business intelligence tool. * Proficient in technology platforms and models relevant to developing and maintaining self-service data resources. * Talented in decision-making and project management skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with major stakeholders and composed relational skills for technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to adapt well to different circumstances and change approaches/philosophy if necessary to actually and effectively meet goals. **Employee Benefits at arenaflex:** * arenaflex is known for its positive company culture and employee-friendly strategies.
