**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Web & Cloud Application Development**

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our high-performing team of designers, AI engineers, and product managers to analyze and interpret large datasets. Your expertise will help inform our product strategy and drive business decisions, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel insights and potential opportunities * Plan and run A/B tests of our latest proposal calculations * Proactively monitor our proposal models to identify potential issues, determine underlying drivers, and resolve * Build new tools that enable us to be more efficient and productive * Work closely and build effective relationships with our product, design, and AI partners * Communicate key findings and recommendations to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * Investigation or Information Science experience with e-commerce organizations is a plus * In-depth experience with SQL (total capabilities, query development, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.) * In-depth experience with Python and Python tools (Jupyter notebook, libraries, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.) * Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive business-driven decisions is highly preferred * Familiarity with AI algorithms/methods (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting is highly preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) * Experience with machine learning and deep learning algorithms * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to collaborate and proactively communicate with partners * Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Strong business acumen, logical abilities, and technical skills alongside critical thinking abilities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
