As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Direct thorough examinations, produce data-driven insights, create high-impact solutions, and deliver precise results to stakeholders * Discuss findings with a clear perspective and compelling narratives to enable data-driven decision-making * Create, disseminate, and maintain adaptable self-service tools and dashboards that align with broader departmental objectives, enabling cross-functional partners to access data and identify key insights * Collaborate with Product, Design, and Configuration teams to identify areas of opportunity, define/execute follow-up plans for the toolset, and influence prioritization decisions with data * Mentor departmental colleagues on analytical best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data architecture **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or other quantitative and rigorous field * 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably in business analytics, strategy, startup/tech, or marketing * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience * Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and drive overall strategy * Proficiency in SQL/Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel/Google Sheets * Knowledge of visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar * Familiarity with Python/Git is a plus, but not required **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Analytics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or other quantitative and rigorous field * 4+ years of work experience in a relevant field * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
