**Job Description**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that meet our business needs. Your primary focus will be on:
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop reporting and analytic solutions that drive business decisions
* Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating detailed reports, and performing data analysis to answer business questions
* Designing and developing packages for internal clients
* Evaluating data needs, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting findings to internal clients and stakeholders
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
* Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, create detailed reports, and perform data analysis to answer business questions
* Design and develop packages for internal clients
* Evaluate data needs, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Transform data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshoot technical issues and present findings to internal clients and stakeholders
**Required Qualifications**
* 2-4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
+ Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)
+ Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
+ Reporting platform: SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
+ Development Programming Languages: ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
+ Development Database Languages: Transact SQL
+ Database Knowledge: MS SQL Server
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with reporting platform: WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of careerzynith systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database Knowledge: Hadoop, Oracle
* Development Database Languages: Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred
**Education**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
