**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analysis team, responsible for driving business insights and decision-making across our Disney Streaming portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business strategies and optimize customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage data entry and record-keeping requirements related to customer communication drives, including cost increments, customer arrangements, and new data collection, as well as episode remediation to ensure that the right customers receive discounts when required.
* Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise customer segments for communication and remediation.
* Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or detours to business partners.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer segments and the technical framework underlying customer data.
* Oversee project planning and timelines and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for major business events.
* Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks.
* Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data errors.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2 years of work experience in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline
* 2 years of analytical experience
* Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
* Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
* Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
* Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
* Postgraduate education
