**About the Role**
As a Senior Data Analyst – IT, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions that inform business decisions and drive process improvements. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups
* Collaborate with a dedicated team to design and implement data analytics solutions that drive business growth and improvement
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business stakeholders in making data-driven decisions
* Work closely with Advanced Tasks Community (DOC) to develop functional metrics and KPIs
* Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for execution and increased flexibility
* Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and other BI tools
* Collaborate with US and India Information Center groups to develop dashboards and reporting tools
* Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization
* 3+ years of experience in online business stage development and deployment
* Strong experience in data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and other BI tools
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets
* Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses, including SQL and NoSQL databases
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Google Data Studio, Tableau, and other data visualization platforms
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, including predictive modeling and deep learning
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
* Experience with data governance and data quality, including data validation and data cleansing
* Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks
