**About the Role**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable intelligence, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions, optimize business processes, and drive revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain complex data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Design and implement data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
* Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
* Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data integration and data governance solutions
* Develop and maintain data security and compliance processes to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
* Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
* Experience with data integration and data governance tools and technologies
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
* Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure
* Experience with data security and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS
* Strong experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
