**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in California. As a key member of our Digital Innovation team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive innovation. You'll work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement data-driven solutions, and you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to help our stakeholders make informed decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive innovation
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes
* Collaborate with our engineering team to design and implement data-driven solutions
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports to help our stakeholders make informed decisions
* Work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
* 3+ years of experience in a Fortune 500 company
* 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
* Experience assembling presentations for partners and leaders and collaborating with all levels of management
* Certified ability to create a vision, motivate the team towards that vision, and provide support to achieve it
* Broad experience with BI run boarding (e.g. PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, etc...) to create significant, rich dashboards
**Advanced Skills**
* Experience analyzing online business stages for Web, Mobile Application, Devotion, Exhibited insight in handling huge information collections and social data sets (SQL and Non-SQL)
* Ability to study/comprehend business needs, plan information/innovation measurements that interface business processes with quantifiable stage results, Grasp basic measurement/Objective Settings
* High-level SQL skills
* Solid critical thinking skills, using data to solve problems
* Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
* Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
* Effective completion of interview expected to meet work capability
* Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental capability of the position
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Aviation Administration, or Operations Research
* Software Engineering, Data Frameworks, Avionics Management or related degree, Operations Research, MBA
* Google Data Analysis Professional Certification, Power BI Data Expert Partner, AWS Certified Data Analysis, Enterprise Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Client-Side Execution Measurement tools e.g. Quantum Measurements
* 4+ years in a lead role
* Experience with Data Dog /App D/Kibana is a significant plus
* Experience with Enterprise monitoring systems is a plus
* Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
* Past airline or travel industry experience is a plus
* Experience with AWS - Redshift, Quick Sight, Athena
* Experience with Big Query
* Continuous integration and delivery using Spry methods.
* Regression analysis on execution forecasts, exp. in different regression methods
