**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the team in developing a comprehensive data strategy and methodology, including data visualization and reporting
* Collaborate with business partners to identify and prioritize key business metrics and KPIs
* Develop and maintain high-quality data visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
* Work closely with the Data Engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements
* Develop and maintain data models and architectures to support business growth and innovation
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Finance, Math, or related field
* 7+ years of experience in data analysis and data science, with a focus on data visualization and reporting
* Strong experience with SQL, SparkSQL, Hive, and other data management tools
* Experience with OLAP databases like Snowflake or Redshift
* Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
* Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS or Azure
* Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
* Experience with data governance and data quality
* Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
