**The Role**
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. This will involve working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our Agile team in technology to design, develop, and implement new solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
* Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform
* Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
* Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
* Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
* Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
* Operating closely with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
