Our customer listening team, comprising over 5 million surveys annually, is dedicated to understanding the voice of our customers and driving business growth through data-driven insights. **The Role** As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted on Qualtrics. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs * Develop in-depth knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Leverage transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker * Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
