**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. **Join arenaflex and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of customer experience** With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
