Our team is comprised of talented and motivated individuals who share a common goal: to make a meaningful impact and drive success. **Job Highlights** * Immediate openings available * Remote work opportunity with flexible scheduling * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a talented and dynamic team * Professional development and growth opportunities **Job Responsibilities and Skills** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Delivering in-depth virtual marketing and analytics insights using advanced quantitative and medical strategies to inform business decisions * Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive revenue growth and optimize business operations * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns * Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and insights * Communicating complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reporting * Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through ongoing validation and quality control * Managing and working with internal and external partners to drive business growth and optimization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance * 5+ years of work experience in data analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, and/or predictive analytics * Proficient in analytics software and applications * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred/Google Analytics) * Familiarity with web analytics tagging and technical setup of web applications * Experience with online targeting technology like Adobe Target, email marketing technology like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and data management systems like Adobe Audience Manager * Good knowledge of customer experience problems and web user interface issues like research, design, testing, and content optimization * Experience leading cross-functional teams and working on agile teams * Familiarity with web technology, databases, and BI tools (e.g. HTML, SQL, Business Objects, Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI) **Benefits** We understand that our employees do their best work when they have a great benefits package to support them.
