We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Intel Computer Vision and Automation team, driving a transformation in the way we approach intelligence. As a key member of our team, you'll partner closely across intelligence, product, and engineering groups to integrate AI and automation, turning insights into action. **About arenaflex's Trust and Safety Intelligence Team** arenaflex's Trust and Safety Intelligence team is dedicated to making the web a safer place. We collaborate with teams across arenaflex to deliver impactful solutions in areas such as malware, spam, and account hijacking. Our team of Analysts, Strategy Subject Matter Experts, Specialists, and Program Managers work together to reduce risk and combat abuse across arenaflex's products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers worldwide in over 40 languages. **Job Summary** We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Intel Computer Vision and Automation team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving success by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and automation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate the most critical issues affecting the safety and integrity of our platform. **Key Responsibilities** * Influence SQL to build robust and flexible data pipelines and workflows that automate data collection, enhancement, and delivery, amplifying the team's impact. * Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, effectively translating complex Trust and Safety Intelligence needs into clear, actionable requirements for data solutions. * Establish standardized processes and methodologies for data analysis that can be applied across various domains, ensuring consistency and efficiency in generating actionable insights. * Transform raw data into compelling visualizations and reports that clearly communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. * Work with sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to realistic, contentious, or disturbing themes or content. **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year college education or equivalent practical experience. * 1 year of experience in data analysis, data science, insights, or related fields. * Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels. * Experience with data visualization, experimentation, and causal inference. * Experience in Trust and Safety, Intel, or strategy. **Preferred Qualifications** * Graduate degree in a relevant field. * Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data aggregation/processing, visualization/dashboarding, or involvement with a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python). * Experience with machine learning, automation, and data engineering. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into actionable insights. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels. * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. * Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning. * Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as Apache Airflow or AWS Lambda. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
