Your primary responsibilities will include: * Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and provide essential business insights * Creating ETLs or strategies to pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table * Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges * Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and build relationships * Analyzing stakeholder needs and collaborating with them to share relevant information, including partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups on data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems * Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition * Documenting your strategies and sharing your expertise with colleagues * Mentoring colleagues as you become a Subject Matter Expert **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity * Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards * Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems * A Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, advanced experience with SQL and Tableau, as well as experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, would be beneficial.
