As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a data-driven Talent strategy that meets the evolving needs of our business. **Position Description** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Talent Data Insights & Analytics, your primary goal will be to develop and implement a data-driven Talent strategy that informs business decisions and drives organizational success. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading the Talent Data Operations & Insights team, specializing in strategic partnership and customer-driven products * Developing a data roadmap that supports the growth, execution, and development of the overall Talent strategy to meet business needs * Providing actionable insights to Talent Partners and Delivery leaders, proactively highlighting wins, opportunities, and risks with expert recommendations * Developing data models that are easily digestible to support the team in making informed decisions * Identifying priorities and roadmapping unique to the business, incorporating multiple internal and external data sources * Enabling Talent teams to become strategic advisors with the ability to directly impact business results * Delivering consultancy, analysis, and insights, as well as self-serve tools * Influencing leaders on leveraging available insights and powering governance efforts, including business process enhancements and handling accountability **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a related field * 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field * Strong domain knowledge in business location and understanding of internal data ecosystems * Experience in developing and executing Talent strategies, evaluations, and insights plans * Proven track record of delivering complex analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives * Ability to develop scalable and repeatable suites of tools that meet business needs * Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business stakeholders * Experience in using governance efforts, including business process enhancements and handling accountability **Flexible, Hybrid Work** arenaflex offers a hybrid work model that combines on-site and remote work.
